DefCamp started back in 2011 as a small infosec gathering among friends. Soon, the meetup became an event and, later on, the largest and most important cybersecurity and hacking conference from Central and Eastern Europe.

On May 16th-17th 2024, DefCamp organized a first spin-off edition in Cluj-Napoca. Almost 400 infosec enthusiasts got together in one of the most important tech hubs in Romania to discuss cybersecurity.
Now, we are preparing for the 2024 edition with lots of enthusiasm and energy while we set up the logistics to meet once again with the community under the same roof, in Bucharest.
There will be groundbreaking keynotes, insightful workshops, cutting-edge demos, and the latest trends in cyber defense.
