Mihai-George Forlafu is a Copenhagen-based Senior Cybersecurity Architect working where security operations, threat intelligence and information integrity meet. He helps organisations improve detection and response, raise the quality of the alerts reaching their SOC teams, and adopt AI in security, including identity and access for agentic AI. His investigative work covers OSINT, threat actor infrastructure and cryptocurrency tracing. On FIMI, he researches foreign influence operations targeting Romania and the wider region. He co-authored a Foreign Policy Centre paper on foreign interference in Romanian elections, has advised government stakeholders on disinformation monitoring, and has spoken at the Moldova Security Forum. Drawing on both the Danish and Romanian cybersecurity landscapes, he links the technical side of cyber threats to the influence operations that often run alongside them.
